Refund and Returns Policy


If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, simply return the unused item in its original packaging. We are more than happy to provide you with a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In cases of warranty or manufacturer defect please contact us for assistance.

In the case of an exchange for a new product, we suggest placing a separate order for the item you want, and returning the old item for a full refund. This way, we can guarantee that your new order will arrive promptly, and that the desired items will be in stock.

Or, come visit us in person with your receipt and order number. Unfortunately, we will not be able to complete your return without the original receipt.

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

We do ship to any address in Alaska or Hawaii that is serviced by standard shipping providers. Just keep in mind, because you live in such a cool place, estimated delivery times aren’t an exact science. Packages have a long way to travel in order to get to you, and if you’ve selected a standard shipping option, it will be doing so via freight. If speed or exactness are a concern, please use one of the expedited shipping options.

Orders over $200 sent to Alaska or Hawaii get free Economy shipping.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently unavailable.


After we have received your returned order and inspected the products, refunds are applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please note: it may take up to two weeks for the credit to appear in your account.

Please note that our return policy does not extend to sale items purchased in-store or online. These items are not eligible for return.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
