We are still getting into the high country with this incredible fall weather! Overnight temps are getting lower and we have seen our first few dustings of snow in the high country. But for the most part, things remain dry and completely fishable. Make sure to pack layers!

Every lake will fish a little differently, but typical go to’s for high alpine lake fishing will be small terrestrial patterns. Also small dry midges and mosquito patterns, scuds, perdigons, and leeches!
